英文摘要 | The professionlization of teacher training is on the premise of teacher professional development. Constructing multi─level interactive learning communities is the important platform of teacher training. Improving the initiative consciousness and competences as partners of teachers is one reform direction of teacher training institutes. One of basic beliefs of teacher training institutions that have high effectiveness looks teachers as active inquires. Those are the common views in the 1st Forum on Teacher Training in China. |
