英文摘要 | Based on the background of new curriculum reform and teacher development in China, this paper gives a school─based teacher training framework. In this framework, teaching is based on experience cooperation. The author put forward a systematic theoretical framework for the approach of this kind of teaching, including its concept, sources of the theory, effects on teachers and its’ practical feasibility. |
