经验合作教学：校本教师培训的新思路

Teaching Based on Experience Cooperation：A New Thinking of School ─ Based Teacher Training

文章基于我国新课程改革和教师发展的教育背景，提出了经验合作教学的校本教师培训构想，对经验合作教学的概念、理论来源、对教师发展的促进作用及其在实践中的可行性进行了论述。

Based on the background of new curriculum reform and teacher development in China， this paper gives a school─based teacher training framework. In this framework， teaching is based on experience cooperation. The author put forward a systematic theoretical framework for the approach of this kind of teaching， including its concept， sources of the theory， effects on teachers and its’ practical feasibility.
