英文摘要 | A survey show that there are many problems on the mental health condition of high school teachers in Kunming. Influencing factors of these problems are various. There are objective and subjective strategies to solve these problems. The objective aspect means the education administration section provides social support system, change the evaluation system, build up a school─based teacher research team, and establish a teacher mental prevention system. Teachers themselves also should study continuously and adapt themselves actively. |
