作为一种异域的知识型，学校卫生学在现代学校空间的形成中发挥着至关重要的作用。西方的关于公共空间的医学知识借助科学知识的措辞，结合国家权力，为中国现代学校空间在形成的阶段划定了基本的样态。学校空间在延续传统的同时，经历过选址规划，改造转型、科学渗透等阶段，完成了学校卫生学与学校空间的全面结合。学校卫生学作为一种学校空间形成过程中介入的话语形式，通过学校空间的形成和转换来[言说自身]。学校空间不仅为学校卫生学等知识理论构型的揭露提供了切入点，而且学校空间的实践自身也组成了言说的对象。

As an exotic episteme， school hygiene played a pivotal role in the forming of modern school space. The Western medical knowledge on the public space with the diction of scientific knowledge， combing with state power， defined the basic form of modern school space in the period of formation in China. School space， inheriting the tradition， experienced the stages from location and planning， to transformation and scientific penetration， and thus completed the full integration of school hygiene and school space. As a form of utterance in the process of the formation of school space， school hygiene expressed itselfthrough the formation and transformation of school space. School space provided an entry point for the reveal of the structure of the school hygiene theory; and the practice of school space itself became the object of the expression.
