中文摘要 | 促进教育协调发展是当前我国教育政策领域的热门话题之一,但有关[教育协调发展]内涵的理论研究还很薄弱。[教育协调发展]是具有中国特色的概念,其实质是实现教育与社会经济发展相适应,是指教育发展体现合规律性与合目的性的统一。促进教育协调发展是我国教育普及化水平日益提高后迫切需要面对的课题,判断教育发展协调状况的主要依据是教育发展目标的实现状况,支撑教育协调发展的基础是形成适应社会经济发展要求的教育结构,实现教育协调发展的主要途径就是把握好各级各类教育发展的重点和节奏。 |
英文摘要 | To promote coordinated development of education has become one of the hot topics in the field of education policies in China. However, the theoretical researches on the connotation of coordinated development of education remain deficient. Coordinated development of education is a concept featuring Chinese characteristics and its essence is to make the education development go in accordance with the social economic development. It refers to the notion that education development should be in conformity of both laws and objectives. How to promote the coordinated development of education is an urgent task after the graduate increased popularization of education in China. The judgment of the condition of the coordinated development of education should be based on the realization of education objectives; the formation of an education structure which meets the requirement of social economic development is the foundation to support the coordinated development of education; and the main way of realizing coordinated development of education is to grasp well the key points and pace of the development of all forms of education at all levels. |
