中文摘要 | 本研究采用自编的教师工作满意度调查问卷,对北京市七个区的中学教师进行了大规模调查,结果表明:(1)北京市中学教师对校内人际关系(包括与同事、学生关系等)感到最为满意,对学校得到社会认可的程度以及学校的领导与管理也感到比较满意,但是对所在学校的发展环境以及自我实现的满意度相对较低,对其付出与回报的失衡最为不满意;(2)性别因素对工作满意度不存在显著影响;(3)教师在学校决策中的参与度是影响教师工作满意度最为重要的因素。 |
英文摘要 | A scientific designed questionnaire on Teachers’ Job Satisfaction for junior middle school teachers in seven districts of Beijing has been done recently. And we gain the following conclusions: first, teachers are mostly satisfied with interpersonal relationship in the school as well as their reputation and the leadership and management of their schools; however, they are less satisfied with the working condition and self-fulfillment in that condition, as they are especially unsatisfied with the fact that they burdens too much but acquire little from the work; second, gender differences have little to do with their satisfaction on the job; third, the most important factor in their satisfaction for the job depends on how much the teachers participate in the decision-making of the school. |
