关于大学开展科学研究的几点思考

Some Thoughts on Scientific Research in University

在科学的社会作用日益增大，大学的科学研究在国家科研体系中的地位日益显著的今天，大学如何组织与开展科学研究愈来愈为人所普遍关注，其中「研究漂移」与「教学漂移」、研究的重点与研究的一般、「大科学」研究与「小科学」研究这几对关乎大学科学研究基本性及其组织特性的问题尤其值得认真的思考与研究。

As the social function of science increases and the position of scientific research in university is highlighted in the nation’s scientific research system， people pay more and more attention to how to organize and develop scientific research in university. Some issues related to the fundamental nature and the organizational characteristics of scientific research in university particularly need more thinking and study， such as “research drift” and “teaching drift”， the focal point and general point of research， “big scientific” research and “small scientific” research.
