英文摘要 | When participating in festival celebrations, visitors often enjoy collecting commemorative stamps. These stamps may be exchanged for gifts or used to explore surrounding attractions through stamp collecting activities. The uniqueness of this practice enhances understanding of local characteristics and customs, broadens cultural knowledge, deepens impressions of the event, and becomes an alternative travel souvenir that signifies ''having been here before.'' Additionally, it serves marketing and tourism promotion functions and often holds commemorative value, acting as a reference for future ''revisits.'' Viewing stamp collections from this perspective, they serve functions such as providing pleasure and relaxation, and promoting tourism. It is generally believed that the concept of commemorative stamp collecting evolved from postal services' commemorative postmarks. Therefore, stamp collecting can be considered the precursor to commemorative stamps. This paper examines the stamp collections available during the period from January 8, 2019 to March 8, 2019, with a focus on the 22 announced stamp designs, including temporary post office stamps, found on the official website of Chunghwa Post. Through the organization and analysis of these stamps, it observes their types and elements, analyzes their design concepts and features, and subsequently evaluates their strengths and weaknesses. This research provides a reference for the innovative development of tourism activities and festival designs. |
