中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討不同領導類型的國小級任教師,其班級氣氛是否有所不同?並進而探析其班上學生的領導類型是否也受其濡染?其影響有多深? 本研究以高雄市國民小學六年級的級任教師及其班上學生為研究對象,得到下列幾項發現: 1.不同領導類型的級任教師,其班級的班級氣氛亦不相同。 2.學生的領導類型與其級任教師的領導類型具有顯著之相關。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study is to explore the differences in classroom climates and pupil’s leadership-type which are accounted for by the guidance-classroom teacher’s leadership-type. The subjects of this study, were teachers and their pupils of 6th grade in Kaohsiung City’s elementary schools. Their leadership-type, their classroom climates were investigated by means of Leadership-Type Questionnaire, Classroom Environment Scale. The results of the investigation secured from classification, statistical procedure discussion, and analysis, reveal the following findings: 1.Classroom climates significantly differ owing to the teacher’s leadership-type. 2.Significant correlations are found between the pupil’s leadership-type and the teacher’s leadership-type. |
