師範大學畢業國中實習教師的教師思考與教學行為之研究

A Study of Teachers' Thinking and Teaching Behavior of Junior High School Intern Teachers Who Graduated from Normal Universities

本研究以八十七學年三所師範大學畢業的國中實習教師為對象，而探究其學科教學的認知及信念之重要因素，並評估此等因素與教學行為的相關關係。其採取的主要研究方法，包括文獻調查法、訪晤調查法、經驗調查法、問卷調查法，以及相關研究法。又，本研究側重於問卷調查法，採用研究者參與編製的《國民中學實習教師教學思考及行為調查問卷》（採用六點量表），受查者包括301所國中實習教師1，497人，回收有效問卷為1，027份（68.6%）。本研究獲得的主要研究結果，共有五項，分述如次： 第一，學科教學認知的重要因素有四，其自評的因素平均數為4.71至4.26，而總平均數為4.50。 第二，學科教學信念的重要因素有四，其自評的因素平均數為5.42至4.76，而總平均數為5.19。 第三，學科教學表現的重要因素有六，其自評的因素平均數為4.72至3.69，而總平均數為4.26。 第四，學科教學的認知與表現兩方面各因素間的相互關聯達顯著性考驗.001水準，其決斷值都相當高。 第五，學科教學的信念與表現兩方面各因素之間的相互關聯亦達顯著性考驗.001水準，其決斷值卻偏低。

The main purpose of this study is to identify important factors of teachers’ thinking and teaching behavior of junior high school intern teachers. Evaluations are made for the interrelationships between factors of subject teaching knowing and those of subject teaching performance and the interrelationships between factors of subject teaching belief and those of subject teaching performance. Principal methods used in this study are literature survey， visiting interview， experiences survey， and questionnaire survey， and correlation method. Questionnaires of Teaching Thinking and Behavior of Junior High School Intern Teachers were sent to 1，477 interns at 301 junior high schools. Valid questionnaires were secured from 1，029 interns (68.6%). Five principal results， which were obtained from data analysis in this study， are stated as follows: 1.The average ratings of 4 factors of subject teaching knowing are ranged from 4.71 to 4.26 on 6-point scale， and the grand average is 4.05. 2.The average ratings of 4 factors of subject teaching belief are ranged from 5.42 to 4.76 on 6-point scale， and the grand average is 5.19. 3.The average ratings of 6 factors of subject teaching performance are ranged from 4.72 to 3.69 on 6-point scale， and the grand average is 4.26. 4.The interconnections between the factors of subject teaching knowing and those of subject teaching performance are significant at .001 level， and the related values of determination are rather high. 5.The interconnections between the factors of subject teaching belief and those of subject teaching performance are significant at .001 level， but the related values of determination are rather low.
