英文摘要 | One of the difficult problems in primary and secondary school is how to help underachievement students. The purpose of this paper is to introduce cross-age tutoring and peer-group tutoring, the possible strategies to resolve this problem.The content of this paper consists of six parts as follows:1. The meaning, nature, and source of the tutoring.2. The relative researches of the tutoring.3. Some models of the tutoring and comparisions between them.4. The procedures and effects of three experimental researches in Chin Shan primary school in Kaohsiung R.O.C.5. The rules and methods about how to administrate the turoring.6. The values of applying the tutoring and the duties of school faculties. |
