中文摘要 | 教師和校長的甄選、評鑑和檢定是現階段教育行政的重要課題,採用適宜有效的評量方法實為關鍵因素之一。評量中心法廣受美國公私組織所採用,有不錯的成效,適用於甄選、評鑑、檢定等事務,然而國內卻少見探討在教育領域的應用。因此,本文乃綜析文獻資料,系統性介紹評量中心法的意涵和實施課題,並探討該法在我國教育領域的可應用範疇和配合措施,以供未來研究和運用的參考。 |
英文摘要 | Using suitable and effective assessment methods are one of the critical factors in the selection, evaluation, and certification of teachers and principals that are the important issues in Taiwan’s educational administration now. Assessment center method(ACM)that has some satisfactory effects in the selection, evaluation, and certification of administrators has been applied prevailing by public and private organizations in America, but has less been studied in education in Taiwan. So we review some literature to discuss the meaning, content, and implementation for assessment center method, and also propose some ideas for its applications in Taiwan’s education center. |
