中文摘要 | 專業論理準則的建立,是一般大眾所認可之專業須具備的條件之一。在教育領域,對專業倫理準則的探討才正起歩。在本文中,筆者首先探討與專業有關的概念;其次,對倫理、專業倫理的概念進行剖析;再者,筆者以美國佛羅里達州為例,說明該州在建立教專業倫理、執行專業倫理準則的具體作法;最後,以對我國師資培育領域的否啟示為結語。 |
英文摘要 | The establishment of codes of ethics for professionals is one necessary condition for a vocation to become a profession. In the education, this topic has been studies for almost ten years and still stays in an infant period. In this paper, the writer first explore the concepts concerning profession and then the concepts of ethics and professional ethics. Thirdly, an example from the Florida State of American about the establishment of codes of ethics for the teaching profession and the reinforcement of these codes is discussed. Finally, the implication for our country is inferred as this paper’s conclusion. |
