以因素分析的觀點看測驗理論中信度的估計方式

Factor Analysis Approach to the Estimates of Reliability of Test Theories

本文主要目的為：一、說明古典測驗理論（classical test theory，簡稱CTT）、試題反應理論（item response theory，簡稱IRT）及因素分析（factor analysis）之關係。二、說明常被使用有關信度（reliability）的定義：「不同時間施測時」，就因素分析的觀點而言是不同的。二、以因素分析的觀點說明不同測驗理論中各種信度估計法的優缺點。

The purposes of this study were as follows：\r（1） Describing the relationships of classical test theory（CTT）， item response theory（IRT）， and factor analysis.（2） Describing the definitions of different reliability coefficients and their estimates.（3） To find the advantages and disadvantages of the estimates of different reliability coefficients from factor analysis approach.
