教師職業倦怠研究的回顧與前瞻

The Trends of Teacher Burnout Research

本研究旨在整理1980年代教師職業倦怠研究的成果。從回顧1970年代的研究成果，本研究者整理出1980至1989年間有關教師倦怠的研究，進而總合其成果及分析其趨勢，並比較其與1970年代研究之差異。最後，本文提出建議，期能對未來的教師職業倦怠研究有所助益。

This paper was an attempt to provide readers a clear picture about the trends of teacher burnout research done in 1970s and 1980s. Based on previous on teacher burnout studies of 1970s， the paper reviewed， compared and summarized the teacher burnout literature of 1980s. The implications for further investigation into the differences among demographic variables；the influences of leadership style and the effects of students’ characteristics were also suggested.
