本文旨在剖析西漢初期叔孫通的「起朝儀」，如何透過新朝儀再建劉邦的帝王權威。全文分成五個部分：首先，前言會比較扼要地透過研究回顧來凸顯討論議題。接著，揭櫫建構新朝儀的因素以及叔孫通揀選的標準。第三部分，則論述新朝儀的推展，所仰賴與凸顯的象徵。第四部分，則為全文的核心內容，著重在解析朝儀如何透過多面向重建劉邦權威及其隱含的重點。最後透過總結全文，引申新朝儀的意義。

The focus on this article is to analyze how Shu-sun T’ung drew the new ritual for the court to re-establish Liu Bang’s authority. This article includes five sections: Firstly, the introduction will briefly lay out the main issues for discussion about the research review. The next section reveals the factors of the construction of court rituals and Shu-sun T’ung’s selection criteria. The third section analyzes the symbols that he used and their prominence through the new ritual for the court. The fourth section focuses on the analysis of new court rituals to re-establish Liu Bang’s authority through multiple aspects. The conclusion summarizes the extended significance of new court rituals.
