中文摘要 | 在教育话语世界,主要有三类话语系统:一类是由行政管理者发出的权势话语,它传达社会对教育的要求和规定,标示教育的社会历史使命,体现的是社会权力;一类是研究工作者制造的理性话语,它以实证的方法、科学的范式对教育进行客观化的解释、说明,传达的是[逻辑的权力](卡西尔语);还有一类是由实践教育者─教师自己所发出的个人话语,它以整体主义的和践行的方式对个体生活经验进行表白,传达个体教育生活的实在方式,更大程度上体现的是一种[隐喻的权力]。 |
英文摘要 | The article points out that it is limited for the teacher to have his individual discourse right in teaching or in research. Under the double pressure of power-based discourse and reason-based discourse, the teacher is going to lose his discourse right consciously or unconsciously, thus leading to a monotonous and rigid educational life and a lifeless educational development. Therefore, the author calls for " the cry at the same time" from all the participants, the development of equal dialogue and communication, above all, the awakening of teacher's self- consciousness and active reflective action and research. Only by this, the teacher can promote his professional development actively, steadily and continuously. |
