Participatory Teacher Training：Practice and Reflection

因为工作的需要，我最近几年组织和参加了很多教师培训方面的工作，如国家基础教育新课程改革中的教师培训、中英甘肃基础教育项目中的教师培训、北京大学新教师上岗培训等。在这些工作中，我都尝试使用了参与式方法，并且有很多体会和感想。

Participatory teacher training aims to empower teachers by having them engaging in equal dialogue with the trainers and other teachers， to construct new knowledge on the basis of their existing knowledge， and to share their own experiences with each other in co - operative learning. In this article the author shares some of her thought based on her own personal practice about the basic principles and functions of participatory teacher training as well as some of the constraints and the corresponding strategies in organizing participatory teacher training.
