一、重点学校的建立对基础教育的影响。确立基础教育中的重点学校是中国近二十年重要的制度选择，这种由政府部门认定划分的重点学校的发展体制以及由重点与非重点的政策所引起的基础教育中学校的两极分化，对中国教育的发展影响深刻。

The author thinks that establishment of key schools is an important choice of school system since reform and opening in China， which has resulted in the polarization of basic education and formed a typical educational system for the elite. This system distributes the educational resources and opportunities unfairly and puts the majority of students in an unfavorable position at school. The author holds that uneven distribution of educational resources in basic education is unfair and education as a practice of the cultivation of rational citizens should give everyone a chance of development because each citizen's enlargement of personality and development can contribute to social benefits.
