Constructing Knowledge Management Programs for Schools

本文旨在建構學校推動知識管理方案以作為學校推動知識管理之參考。首先，分別就知識經濟、全面品質管理、學習型組織、終生學習、資訊科技等理念做一分析探究，以作為學校推$知識管理的立論基礎；其次，指出學校建構知識管理方案之有利條件及可能限制並進行背景分析；並進一步提出需要評估、組織彈性、人力發展、應用科技、整體思考、知識創新等建構學校知識管理方案的原則；最後，就學校的特性與需求歸納出建構學校知識管理方案之主要內涵，包括：目標、策略、實施要項、成效評估，並提供學校推動知識管理實施方案的實例。

The purpose of this study is to construct a knowledge management program that will contribute to the implementation of knowledge management in schools. In order to understand the basic theories of the implementation of knowledge management in schools， the authors analyzed respectively the concepts of “knowledge economics”， “total quality management”， “learning organization”， “lifelong learning”， and “information technology”. The authors also point out the possible advantages and limitations for schools to implement knowledge management programs， and also propose principles for schools to construct knowledge management programs. Finally， the authors construct a program content for schools to implement knowledge management. An appendix of a sample program is presented for schools to implement knowledge management.
