台中市托嬰中心托育人員在職研習現況探究

A Study of In-service Training of Caregivers by Baby Care Centers in Taichung City

為了解台中市托育人員的在職研習現況，本研究以自編之問卷為工具，先將台中市分六區以等比抽樣在每一區抽取10％的托育人員後，再以便利抽樣抽取92名托育人員為對象進行調查。問卷輸入SPSS 22後，以描述性統計進行次數分配與百分比分析，以獨立樣本t檢定以及單因子變異數分析法進行不同背景變項差異性之分析，其中性別與機構類型以t檢定進行分析，年齡、職稱、年資與規模則以單因子變異數法進行分析。研究發現，只22.8％受試參加過每一類課程，且除了年齡、職稱與機構類型（公、私立）對18小時在職研習課程時間、師資與內容安排的看法與態度未呈顯著差異外，教育程度、年資、規模、區域對「研習課程在假日進行很恰當」一題均有顯著差異，區域則在「研習在假日進行很恰當」呈現顯著差異。針對研究結果，本研究建議：1.課程積點制、分類制與必修制。2.建立課程內容與師資成效考核機制。3.提供彈性與充足研習課程。

This study aimed to investigate the in-service training situation of caregivers by baby care centers in Taichung City. 10% of caregivers in Baby Care-Centers from 6 districts in Taichung City totally 92 were involved. Using self-developed questionnaire are data collected, and the results are as follows: 1. Only 22.8% of the caregivers participated in each type of in-service-training courses; 2. there were significant differences in gender, degree, seniority, dimension and region, except age, title and type of institution (public and private). In conclusion, this study suggests: 1. to build classification course systems, 2. to establish systematical evaluations of the qualities of courses and teachers, and 3. to provide more and flexible courses.
