中文摘要 | 臺灣由2015年開始試辦大學特殊選才至今,較少研究探討這些學生的學校適應。本研究旨在討論「特殊選才」學生的學校適應,採個別訪談蒐集2015年至2018年入學北部某國立大學十三位學生的大學適應狀況,透過紮根理論分析訪談內容,發現「特殊選才」學生在「學習適應」、「社會適應」、「個人/情感適應」以及「目標承諾/機構附著」四大學校適應項目的成就感、挫折感及其他感想相較其他管道入學學生困難,並歸納出「特殊選才」學生學校適應關鍵因素為「學習興趣」。建議各大學可參考適應因素並提供適切的彈性學習環境,架構未來培育人才的搖籃。 |
英文摘要 | Students' school adjustment influences their academic performance, well-being, and future career development. Scant research has discussed the adjustment of students admitted via the ''Early Admission without GSAT Program,'' which was launched in Taiwan in 2015. This study aims to determine the adjustment conditions of students admitted to college via that special program. A total of 13 qualified research participants were admitted to a college in north Taiwan from 2015 to 2018. They were interviewed for an average of approximately 50 to 90 minutes by the author. The interview data were analyzed from a grounded theory perspective, and the results showed that although academic, social, personal-emotional, and institutional issues were all related to the research participants' school adjustment, the most important factor was their learning interest, which not only controlled their school adjustment, but also differentiated their adjustment from students who were admitted to colleges via other channels. This study sheds new light on how to create a suitable learning environment for ''Early Admission without GSAT Program'' students. |
