Survey report of the school-based research Impact on teacher professional development
To promote the professional development of teachers and improve the professional quality of teachers has become a hot issue of modern education. School-based research is the development needs of schools. It is a teaching and research form of meeting the needs of each teacher. It is an effective way to promote teacher's professional development. This study use questionnaires and interviews， and analyze the school-based teaching and research impact on teacher professional development from four aspect， that is the views of teachers on school-based research， education awareness， education， education capacity.
