公办普通高中校际间资源配置不公平现象的分析--以我国中部地区某县的调查研究为例

本文讨论的范围仅限于公办高中阶段的教育资源配置不公平现象。本文着重从财力资源、办学条件和人力资源三个方面对高中校际间资源配置不公平的状况进行了比较，并对目前我国高中校际间公共资源配置不公平的状况提出了建议。

The article only discusses the disparity of educational resources distribution across public high schools. It studies the inter-schools disparity of education resources in terms of finance， foundation， and human resources. Then some policy recommendations are given to promote the equal distribution of resources across students.
