The Influence of Chinese Traditional Culture on the Development of Teen-ager’s Creativity

目前，青少年创造力已成为当今教育界关注的焦点之一，众所周知，中国青少年的创造力普遍低于西方国家青少年的创造力，因此对此问题的研究和解决迫在眉睫。本文通过对中西传统文化的比较分析，探讨了中国传统文化中对青少年的创造力造成负面影响的因素，基于此提出了相应改进的教育措施。

The development of teen-ager’s creativity currently remains as one of the hot issues in education. As known for all， the average creativity of young people in China lags behind that of the western young generation. It is urgent to do some research and resolve this problem. This paper proposes that lack of creativity has relationship with traditional cultural which is the root of education. So it compares the traditional culture between the east and west to find out the negative effect of Chinese culture on teen-agers. Then it puts forward related strategies for the reforms in order to develop the creativity of our young people.
