社会的发展对人才提出了新的要求，教育也应随着社会的发展由单一的[应试教育]向[素质教育]发展。课外学习作为学生生活的重要组成部分，在一定程度上反映了当前的教育发展水平。江苏作为全国教育大省，素质教育发展的现状具有典型意义，了解其发展现状对促进素质教育的发展，为社会提供更多更优秀的人才具有重要意义。

With the development of the society， people are required to have comprehensive abilities. Nowadays， education system is also changing from examination-oriented into all-around development. Study after class is an important part of students’ life， which to some extent reflects the current level of education. Jiangsu， is known as a large popular education province， there being a typical all-around development education system. Therefore， it is of great significance to learn the current situation of Jiangsu， which will promote the level of education as well as provide the society with more capable persons.
