提升学校核心竞争力的思考与实践——以上海市育才中学为例

Strategic choices of Improving the core competitiveness of secondary school──a case of shanghai yucai middle school

学校核心竞争力是学校在长期的发展过程中形成的，蕴涵于学校组织内质之中的，难以被其它学校模仿的，并且能够支撑学校过去、现在和未来的一种竞争优势。笔者结合上海市育才中学核心竞争力建设的具体实践，指出提升中学核心竞争力的具体策略，即通过发展学校文化来培育学校核心竞争力，通过增强执行力来提高学校核心竞争力；通过打造优秀团队来提升学校核心竞争力。

Core competitiveness of the school is a competitive advantage which formed during the long-term development of school， contained the school structural endoplasm， is hard to imitate and hold on the past， now and future of the school. Form the case， we find the specific practice of building the core competitiveness: that is， cultivate the core competitiveness through developing the school culture， enhancing the executive force and creating the excellent team.
