中文摘要 | 本研究目的在於探究校長凝聚力領導與教師學術樂觀關係之研究,分析校長凝聚力領導與教師學術樂觀之相關性以及校長凝聚力領導對於教師學術樂觀的影響關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,應用臺灣國中小教師數據資料共468筆有效樣本進行結構方程模型分析。研究結果發現校長凝聚力領導與教師學術樂觀具有顯著正相關,而且校長凝聚力領導能正向顯著影響教師學術樂觀。本研究建議教育領導者與學校成員應致力於提升向心力與集體共識,構築正向學校氛圍與合作文化,發展專業學習社群與學習型組織,賦權增能承擔教育績效責任。 |
英文摘要 | "The study aimed to explore the relationship of principal coherent leadership and teacher academic optimism by analyzing the correlation between principal coherent leadership and teacher academic optimism and testing the effect of principal coherent leadership on teacher academic optimism. Structural equation model was conducted after a questionnaire survey was adopted by sampling 468 elementary school and junior high school teachers in Taiwan. The findings showed that the correlation between principal coherent leadership and teacher academic optimism was significantly positive, and principal coherent leadership significantly and positively affected teacher academic optimism. It is recommended that educational leaders and school members should enhance coherence and consensus, foster positive school climate and collaborative culture, develop professional learning communities and learning organization, and get empowered to take educational accountability." |
