中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討任職於地方政府機關的公務人員在職場自我導向學習、工作調適及工作績效的結構關係,以了解公務人員在職場上的自我導向學習,是否會影響本身的工作調適與工作績效。在文獻探討後,研究者建構職場自我導向學習、工作調適及工作績效的假設模式,並以結構方程式的統計技術加以驗證。本研究以任職於嘉義縣政府的公務員為研究對象,共發出500份問卷,實際回收有效問卷379份。研究結果顯示職場自我導向學習會直接影響工作績效,亦會透過工作調適來影響工作績效。研究最後建議公務機關應重視公務員自我導向學習能力的培養與學習障礙的去除,讓自我導向學習的效果能遷移至工作調適並提升工作績效。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to explore the structural relationships among self-directed learning, work adjustment, and job performance of civil servants who hold posts in the local government, to understand whether self-directed learning can affect work adjustment and job performance. After literature review, the researchers construct a hypothesized model and use structural equation modeling (SEM) to test it. Researchers randomly sampled 500 civil servants, who worked in Chai-Yi county government, and mailed questionnaires to them. The effective questionnaires are 379. The results of research demonstrate that self-directed learning has positive influence on work adjustment and job performance. Based on the findings, this study suggests that civil departments should enhance the motivations and abilities of self-directed learning of civil servants to improve their work adjustment and job performance. |
