The Inward Emergence of Entrepreneurial Motive of Women Entrepreneur in Cultural Creativity Industry

本研究目的，在瞭解靈性在文化創意產業女性創業家創業動機的展現。在研究對象上，以立意取樣就近選擇3位高雄在地得獎的女性文化創意產業家進行訪談研究，希望以她們創業的經驗，提供大家進行標竿的典範學習。

The propose of this study is to comprehend the role of spirituality of women entrepreneurs in cultural creativity industry when they start their enterprises， to explain how spirituality represents and affects in motive of the enterpriser. Three award-winning women entrepreneurs from cultural creativity industry in Kaohsiung are chosen to be studied objects， to provide prototype over their working experiences.
