「在地內涵全球視野」的癌症心理社會服務之實踐軌跡

Actualization of “locally-grounded, globally-informed” Psychosocial Oncology Services

癌症自1982年起是造成國人死亡的最大原因，民眾癌症發生及死亡皆呈現逐年上升趨勢，預計未來癌症仍是影響國人健康的重要原因之一，由於存活的癌症患者日漸增多，因此癌症在國際上已被重新界定為慢性疾病，而癌症照護亦被重新定義為持續性照護，為回應此照護需求，本文記錄多專業服務的研究團隊建構癌症心理社會照護之實踐歷程。團隊採用五方面策略：1.形成專業社群，提昇學生及專業人員心理社會照護服務之專業知能；2.整合健康照護團隊，運用以家庭為基礎之系統觀強化身、心、靈、社會全人照護；3.與癌症照護相關的社區組織及民間團體合作，並建立以證據為基礎的成效研究；4.促進社會太眾認識癌症療癒過程中生物醫學與心理社會服務並重的全人系統觀；5.開拓「在地內涵及全球視野」的心理社會服務的國際合作。我們深信立基於證據的研究成效服務，一方面保障服務接受者得到具成效的高品質服務，另一方面對於提供服務的機構及研究團隊而言，也奠定誠信服務、爭取更多資源及繼續拓展服務的重要基礎。

This article documents the actualization process of a multidisciplinary team in building “locally-grounded, globally-informed” psychosocial oncology services. Strategies inc1uded: a). Forming multidisciplinary teams to enhance professional competence in conducting research and providing services; b). Applying fami1y-oriented systemic approach and working with healthcare professionals in strengthening biopsychosocial-spiritual holistic care; c). Collaborating with cancer- related Non-Profit Organizations to establish evidence-based effectiveness research; d). Raising public awareness of biomedical and psychosocial dual emphasis regarding comprehensive cancer care; and e). Developing international collaboration in “locally-grounded, globally-informed” psychosocial oncology services. Authors believe that the evidence-based practices served both to ensure quality of care from the view point of participants and also establishes credibility and accountability for service agencies and the research team. Both are foundations for expanding resources allocation and services sustainabi1ity.
