社區心理健康服務之成人求助態度與使用意願

Help-Seeking Attitude and Desire of Utilizing Community Mental Health Services

社區心理健康服務以各種形式在我國行之有年，本研究旨在調查時至今日成年人對社區心理健康服務的求助態度與使用意願，及其對社區心理健康服務專業人員與機構的認識，以作為相關專業人員進行社區心理健康工作的參考。本研究以方便取樣法召募687位成年人，以網路問卷調查法蒐集資料，以自編社區心理健康服務求助態度與使用意願問卷為工具。研究發現我國成年人對社區心理健康服務抱持正面的求助態度與高度的使用意願，教育程度較低與軍公教研人員有顯著較高的求助態度，女性與教育程度高者有顯著較高的使用意願，求助態度及其各構面與使用意願間有顯著關聯。本研究據此討論結果意涵，並提出建議。

Community mental health services exist for years in Taiwan. This study aimed to survey adults’ help-seeking attitude, desire of utilizing community mental health services, and their understanding of mental health professionals and community mental agencies in Taiwan, ROC. A total of 687 adults were recruited with convenient sampling. The Questionnaire of Community Mental Health Services Help-Seeking Attitude and Utilization Desire was used through the web-based survey method to collect data. The results indicated that adults tended to hold positive help-seeking attitudes and strong desire to utilize community mental health services. Participants with lower education levels as well as those working in military, governmental, educational, and research organizations reported signiflcant higher levels of help-seeking attitudes, while female and people with higher education level demonstrated signiflcantly stronger desire of utilizing community mental health services. The findings suggested significantly positive correlations among various dimensions of help-seeking attitude and utilization desire. Implications of the results and suggestions based on the flndings are discussed.
