中文摘要 | 本文以敘述研究法,敘說研究者在兩年總務主任任內校園綠美化景觀樹木之管理案例分析。兼以OKR目標管理模式運用在目標管理及關鍵成果設定上,以協助總務主任繁雜之工作管理。步驟分別為:設定目標、分析現況、設定關鍵成果。最後回顧管理、施作過程之優缺點,提出未來做法建議供教育主管單位及林業單位、總務主任們參考。 |
英文摘要 | This article uses a narrative research method to narrate the case analysis of the researcher's management of the green and beautifying landscape trees on the campus during the two years of general affairs director. At the same time, the OKR target management model is used in target management and key results setting to assist the general affairs director in the complicated work management. The steps are: setting goals, analyzing the current situation, and setting key results. Finally, review the advantages and disadvantages of the management and implementation process, and put forward suggestions for future practices for the reference of education authorities, forestry units, and general affairs directors. |
