2020東京奧運奧林匹克教育推動政策之研究

An Investigation of Education Promotion Policy for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics

適逢 2020 年日本東京奧運會延期，但其所推動的奧林匹克教育在過去以來不斷在持續進行中。本文欲探究的主要問題是：日本如何運用奧運會來推動奧林匹克教育？對東京奧運及殘奧會來說，有一些公共組織機構在合作推動奧運前的奧林匹克教育課程活動，以作為執行國家教育的政策。包括一、東京奧運及殘奧組織委員會；二、東京市教育委員會；三、日本體育協會等幾個組織。希望透過此一研究，提供給我政府相關單位未來辦理大型國際賽會如何制定相關運動教育課程規劃之參考依據。

Due to the postponement of the 2020 Tokyo Games in Japan, this research aims to investigate 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games’ Olympic Education Programs. The main issue needs to be investigated are as follows: “How does Japan implement Olympic Education on the eye of Tokyo Olympics?” For the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, some public institutions will execute Olympic Education as a policy for Japan. Hence, three related institutions will be investigated: 1. The Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games; 2. Tokyo Metoropolitan Board Education; 3. Japan Sports Agency. Through this investigation, we hope to find effective ways and provide solutions for relevant units (government - policy makers) to develop a better sports policy and educational programs for the future in Taiwan.
