中文摘要 | 本研究探討臺灣北部地區高級中等學校學務主任角色知覺與自我效能現況及兩者關係。問卷調查北部地區211名高級中等學校學務主任,研究結果指出北部地區高級中等學校學務主任角色知覺狀態趨於中上程度,自我效能狀態趨於中上程度。不同性別、教育程度及學校規模之學務主任角色知覺有顯著差異,不同兼任學務主任年資及學校規模之學務主任自我效能有顯著差異。學務主任角色知覺與自我效能間為正相關,角色知覺狀態可預測自我效能,「校長輔助者」對自我效能預測力最高。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to explore the current situation and correlation between senior high school directors of student affairs’ role perception and self-efficacy in northern Taiwan. Questionnaire was applied to survey 211 directors of student affairs in northern Taiwan. The findings showed that the overall role perception status of senior high school directors of student affairs tends to be medium to upper level as well as the overall selfefficacy tends to be medium to upper level. Senior high school directors of student affairs’ role perception were significantly different in terms of gender, education level and school size. Senior high school directors of student affairs’ self-efficacy were significantly different in terms of seniority of acting as a director of student affairs and school size. There is a positive correlation between role perception and self-efficacy for senior high school directors of student affairs. The role perception of the senior high school directors of student affairs has significantly influenced on self-efficacy. Moreover, principal assistant has a higher influence on selfefficacy. |
