英文摘要	Wayfinding in an unfamiliar place, such as a large city, can be difficult. It is an important behavior in daily life; however, the complexity of the environment and difficulty associated with positioning can increase confusion relative to navigation. This study attempts to design and implement a system comprising a mobile application and a set of web services to provide an efficient wayfinding method. The system is evaluated through a user questionnaire based on the technology acceptance model. The evaluation results indicate a high degree of satisfaction and positive support of users’ attitude.
