中文摘要 | 復原力研究領域已發展將近40年,乃是教育學界的熱門研究領域之一。然而,在過去10年中,與教育工作者相關之復原力研究的數量大大增加,顯示此領域逐漸受到重視。引文分析可讓研究人員了解過去對該領域研究論文引用的全貌,其研究結果將對復原力領域整體的知識貢獻有很大的幫助。本研究透過文獻計量學引文分析,研究過去幾十年來針對教育工作者的復原力學術研究是如何演變的。從Web of Science核心合輯引用文獻索引資料庫系統搜尋取得352篇文獻,並運用可視化軟體Citespace進行分析,探討教育工作者之復原力研究的知識基礎、熱點及前沿。第一部分研究前沿分析中,探索了11個研究聚類,並使用共被引技術可視化復原力的研究文獻如何相互關聯,研究結果發現研究前沿包含建立復原力、多變項後設分析和探索關係等聚類;第二部分知識基礎,針對高被引文獻、高中介中心性文獻和引文突發進行分析。研究結果對提升復原力、教師留任與達成品質教育等國家重要議題的影響尤其重要,可供研究者參考或為未來發展與規劃之借鏡。 |
英文摘要 | The field of resilience research has developed over the last 40 years, and many studies have been conducted. It has been one of the hottest fields of education. In the past 10 years, the number of educators’ resilience studies has increased considerably, and topics have been received attention. Citation meta-analysis allows researchers to access studies related to the resilience field from the past years, and helps researchers’ control over future research directions and the overall knowledge contribution of educators’ resilience field. This study examines how scholarly research on educators’ resilience has evolved over the last decades by conducting a bibliometric citation meta-analysis. In this paper, 352 articles were obtained from Web of Science database, and used Citespace to analyze the intellectual base, hotspot, and frontier of educators’ resilience. The first part of this study is frontier analysis. The study explores eleven clusters and visualizes how articles on resilience researches build on each other using co-citation mapping technique. The result shows that the research frontiers include “building resilience”, “multivariate meta-analysis” and “exploring association”, etc. The second part of is intellectual base, which including most cited articles, betweenness centrality and citation burst analysis. The research findings are particularly important for improving educators’ resilience, teacher retention and quality education, so it still has value for researchers and future development and planning. |
