中文摘要 | 本研究基於從治理到學校治理的意涵與關注焦點的轉變,以及中小學治理強調建構校本課程,精進教與學品質的背景脈絡,以學校治理的在地思維與行動為切入點,探討中小學治理過程中,學校治理的理念與教育目標、學校治理建構以核心素養導向校本課程的規劃與運作機制,以及建構校本課程的核心素養導向校園文化特徵,並做為本研究的研究目的。為達成研究目的,本研究以立意取樣選取中小學校長及主任各一人(共四人)為研究個案,以訪談方法蒐集資料進行分析。本研究針對下列各項提出九項結論:一、治理的範式已轉化為全面性的思維與互動參與的過程;二、學校治理是彰顯學校教育核心價值的思維和互動參與的過程;三、學校治理以確保教與學品質為核心目標;四、校長、主任與教師構成三位一體的不同角色與連結網絡;五、為確保教與學品質的策略規劃從整體性、多面向與系統性切入;六、以整體性策略規劃與機制建構核心素養導向的校本課程;七、校外支持系統是一在地財物、人力與公共資源的連結體系;八、核心素養導向的校園文化是以學生學習為中心的共學共同體;九、核心素養導向的教學與課程設計從「翻轉教師」開始。最後,則提出四項建議:一、校長應以教育哲思啟動領導動能與領導策略;二、應以整體性策略規劃與機制建構學校內、外部支持系統,以及核心素養導向的校本課程;三、教師應將學生視為獨立個體,型塑核心素養導向的校園文化;四、核心素養導向的教學與課程設計應從「翻轉教師」開始。 |
英文摘要 | According to the transformation of governance and primary schools /junior high school governance emphasized how to construct school-based curriculum and assure teaching and learning quality, this study aimed to explore the meaning and educational goal of school governance, the planning and mechanism of constructing school-based curriculum rooting on school governance, and the characteristic of core competence orientation’s school campus. Purpose sampling to select four case including principals and directors from primary schools /junior high school. Meanwhile, interview was used to collect data to analyze document for achieving research purpose. Conclusion included the following directions: 1. The paradigm and transformation from governance to school governance that; 2. The meaning of school governance; 3. The core goal of school governance; 4. The trinity roles and connecting of principals, directors and teachers in school governance; 5. The thinking framework and strategies for assuring teaching and learning quality; 6. The integrative mechanism of constructing school-based curriculum root on core competence; 7. The extra system of school governance; 8. The students center and learning community characteristic and constructing of school culture within core competence orientation; 9. The strategies and planning of teaching and curriculum designed rooting on core competence started from flipping teachers. The suggestions included the following directions: 1. Principals start from educational philosophy for leadership energy and leadership strategies; 2. Rooting on the integrated strategic planning and mechanism to construct internal and extra support system and core competence orientation’s school-based curriculum; 3. Every student is a learning individuality; 4. Designing core competence orientation’s school culture that starts from flipping teachers. |
