The Influences of Career Plateau, Bright Attitude and Well-Being on Job Performance
Most of modern people chase for happy life. However, most of them define “happy life” by gaining more wealth and fame. Salary and promotion become the motive power for life and work. Therefore, when occurring career plateau, how to face the reality with the bright attitude is the key point. Some results of the current study were presented as follows: 1. Bright attitude of the habitual domains was positively correlated with job performance. 2. Career plateau on the well-being and bright attitude were not significant. 3. Career plateau was positively correlated with job performance. 4. Bright attitude of the habitual domains was positively correlated with well-being. 5. Well-being on the job performance was not significant. The results of this research indicated that the education and training of employees should emphasize more on psychological level than technical ability.
