中文摘要 | 本研究以紐西蘭在2013年所參與OECD的「教與學國際調查」校長問卷中的「學校領導」及「學校氣氛」兩面向進行探究,期將研究結果做為本國教育的借鏡。準此,本研究的研究目的為:一、了解校長的時間運用;二、了解校長的學校領導;三、了解校長的領導風格與學校氣氛;四、總結上述分析,提出學校領導相關建議。本研究所獲致的結論為:一、學校氣氛良好,校長時間分配著重校務規劃、教學提升,鮮少與家長及社區互動;二、校長著重學生學習成效及教師教學,較少協助處理學校行政細節及了解課堂教學;三、限制校長領導成效的因素主要是政策及財務、工作量與責任;四、良好的學校氣氛是減少學生及教師問題發生的關鍵。 |
英文摘要 | This research was based on principal questionnaires from TALIS (Teaching and Learning International Survey) announced by New Zealand in OECD, 2013. Aims to study the impact of principal leaderships and school atmosphere, expect this research can lead our education to a better future. There were 4 objective of this research: (1) Understand the schedule of principals; (2) Comprehend of school leaderships by principals; (3) Find out the style of principal leaderships and school atmosphere; (4) Analyzation from above, and provided suggestions for school leaderships. The conclusions of this research were: (1) Superior school atmosphere came from principals used their time more in school planning, enhanced teaching quality, less in interaction between parents and community; (2) Principals emphasized the learning effectiveness of students and teaching skills of teacher, less dealt about details of administration and classroom teaching; (3) Limitation factors of principal leaderships were mainly policies, financials, work loading and responsibilities; (4) Superior school atmosphere was the key point of reducing conflicts between students and teachers. |
