中文摘要 | 本文主要以臺東縣政府教育處為例,探討地方教育行政機構透過教育政策的推動,如何與學校願景的重塑及實踐相結合。其過程和策略包括:地方教育政策的公布與推動機制;論述教育政策的理念、尋求可相互合作的校長;提供有利於學校發展的資源條件;鼓勵校長藉此機制型塑學校發展願景或特色等四項。最後,本文進一步介紹在此過程中成功轉型的三個案例:國際教育實驗學校、食農教育特色學校,以及教師專業發展特色學校。 |
英文摘要 | This study takes the Education Department of the Taitung County Government as an example to investigate how local educational administrative agencies combine themselves with the reconstruction and fulfillment of school visions through the promotion of educational policies. The process and strategies include 4 aspects: announcement and promotion mechanisms of local educational policies; discourses on ideas of educational policies; search of principals for mutual cooperation; provision of resources and conditions that are favorable to school development; encouraging principals to use such mechanisms to shape school development visions or features. In the end, this study further introduced 3 cases of successful transformation during this process: International Education Experimental School, Food and Agriculture Education School, and School of Teacher Professional Development. |
