Analyzing the Strategies for Cross-strait Universities Cooperation and Exchange

本文透過文獻分析與模糊策略評估探討海峽兩岸大學校際交流策略，並透過Najam的4C模式，以合作、衝突、互補與吸納四向度來評估交流推動上的影響因素。本研究提出10個最重要且最可行的策略，以及兩岸大學交流的阻力與助力因素，供未來兩岸大學交流之參考。

This study aims to determine the strategies for cross-strait university cooperation and exchange by using literature review and fuzzy strategy evaluation. The Najam’s 4C model was used to realize the impacts on universities through cooperation, confrontation, complementarity, and co-optation. This study proposes ten most important and feasible strategies for further engaging in cross-strait cooperation and exchange. This study denotes the universities can take advantage from reviewing the suggested barriers and supportive factors for their development.
