中文摘要 | 節慶是當前政府傳承地方特色文化及活化產業的治理策略,公務員在運作過程中扮演重要的角色,亦為攸關活動品質與成效的關鍵。本研究先藉由訪談法了解公務員在執行政府政策辦理節慶活動運作的模式,藉此建構節慶運作的模式關係。並透過問卷分析公務員在辦理節慶活動過程中,協力關係認知,知覺效益,與自我效能等因素對於行為意向的影響。研究結果顯示,模式具有良好之信效度,且知覺效益與自我效能的中介效果成立。 |
英文摘要 | Festivals is the strategy of government to inherit the local culture and industrial regeneration currently, public servants play an important role in the operations, also the key of activities quality and effectiveness. First, we interview public servants who implementation of government policies for the festival, to build a mode relationship of festivals operation. Second, through the questionnaire to analysis cognition of collaborative relationship, self-efficacy, perceived benefit whether these factors have an effect on behavior intention. We show the model has good reliability and validity and the mediating effect of perceived benefit and self-efficacy is established. |
