中文摘要 | 「絲路」又稱「香料之路」。隨著商業貿易的盛行,芳香四溢的異國香料,在駱駝馱負與海運下展開「香料旅行」。歷史詩文中記載,香料成為當時貿易的重點商品,頻繁地被使用在各種社會活動場景,人們的飲食與生活也因香料而牽動著。本文探討來自絲路的眾多植物香料,如沉香、迷迭香、丁香、異香、美木等等,在中國歷史中被賦予的生命與價值,尤其以「迷迭香」、「丁香」,因篇幅較多,所以專節論述。 |
英文摘要 | “Silk Road” also known as “Spice Route”, with the most popular commercial trade, camel conveyanc under the ocean carrier “spice trip”, historical poetry in the records, spices became the focus of merchandise trade, frequently used scenarios in various social activities, peoples diet and life is also due to Spices and struck a ch-ord. this paper discusses many spice from the silk road, such as sweet-scented osman-thus, rosemary, cloves, fragrant, beauty wood, etc., in Chinese history, given the life and values, aquilaria、“Rosemary”、“clove”, due to article space more, so thematic discussed. |
