中文摘要 | 中國醫學(簡稱中醫)中的脈診是其「望、聞、問、切」四診的一部分,也是自古以來深受重視的中醫診斷方法。脈診時,醫師將任何一手的三根指頭(食指、中指及無名指)置於患者手腕處橈動脈上,施以不同程度的壓力並根據具體情況定位布指,總按與單按結合,不斷調節指力,用手指頭去感覺血管的反應狀態。中醫在記錄脈象時往往過於簡略,導致後學無法完全瞭解前人想表達的診斷資訊。 本研究以標準化的脈象結構為基礎,開發了一個行動APP來輔助中醫診斷和記錄脈象的各項組成成分。就診斷結果而言,只要經過系統的訓練,便可讓不同醫師對病人的把脈結果達成相當高的一致性。以學習角度而言,指導醫師在教學時使用本研究之APP來輔助教學,可讓學生瞭解其脈理思維,達到傳承的效果。 |
英文摘要 | Pulse diagnosis is one of the four traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnosis ways (that is inspection, listening and smelling, inquiry and palpation), also is the important TCM diagnosis way since ancient time. A Chinese physician must put his fingers on a patient’s wrist and uses different pressures to feel the vein response of the patient in order to find out his pulse conditions. However, the records of the pulse conditions are too rough so that the meanings can’t be understood by the descendants. Our research is based on the pulse components to develop a mobile APP to assist the Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis and to record the pulse conditions. Just go through systematic training, the pulse diagnosis results of the different doctors to a patient would reach a very high consistency. From the learning perspective, the doctor can use our mobile APP to assist the teaching, so that students can understand the real thinking of physicians, and physicians can teach students more experiences to achieve the effect of inheritance. |
