中文摘要 | 目的:以動作分析來瞭解許淑淨選手在不同試舉重量之抓舉技術動作表現。方法:以一台數位攝影機進行拍攝比賽之抓舉三次試舉動作,藉由動作分系統將選手身體與槓鈴之關鍵位置進行數位化分析,並進一步計算所需之槓鈴與BCH角運動學之相關資料,再透過描述性之方式來呈現三次試舉重量之時間結構變化、關鍵之槓鈴運動學參數與BCH角表現。結果:(一) 試舉重量95kg與100kg之第一次拉、試舉重量95kg與103kg之第二次拉、試舉重量95kg與100kg之總拉時間結構相似,且總時間隨著試舉重量增加而提升;(二) 三次試舉重量之槓鈴軌跡不盡相似,且減少槓鈴拋物線範圍與增加垂直移動範圍,以及槓鈴最大垂直速度隨著試舉重量增加有明顯下降之趨勢;(三) BCH角位移曲線特徵相似,最小之BCH角出現在槓鈴最靠近身體瞬間與槓鈴到達最大垂直速度瞬間之前,隨後BCH角從槓鈴最大垂直速度瞬間至接槓瞬間有快速增加的趨勢。結論:許淑淨選手在三次試舉中的槓鈴軌跡不盡相似,但藉由減少槓鈴之拋物線與槓鈴垂直移動範圍來獲得穩定之槓鈴動作與有效之接槓空間,以及透過不斷調整軀幹姿式,讓BCH角的曲線運動趨近相似化程度。BCH角確實可以瞭解選手的軀幹與槓鈴的相對運動,亦是一個有效作為未來評估抓舉技術動作之關鍵指標。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose:To understand the snatch technique for Hsu Chu-Ching athlete in three different barbell weights by using motion analysis. Methods: Through a digital camera to records the three lifts in snatch. By use the motion analysis software to digital the lifter’s body and barbell, and to calculate the key of the barbell kinematics and BCH angular data, and description on the above parameters. Results: First, the time structure of the first pull and total time in the 95kg and 100kg lifts, the second pull in the 95kg and 103kg lifts were similar, and as well as the total time was increased with loads increased. Second, the characteristics of the barbell trajectories among three lifts are not similar, and the lifter was described the projectile range and to increase the vertical travel range of the barbell, as well as the maximum vertical velocity of the barbell was described with barbell weight increased. Third, the characteristics of BCH angle was similar among three lifts, the smallest BCH angle was appeared earlier than the barbell most toward the body to its reached the maximum vertical velocity, and then the BCH angle was rapid increased between its to catch phase. Conclusions: The barbell trajectories among three lifts was not similar of Hsu Chu-Ching, and to through descried projectile range and to increase the vertical travel range of the barbell to stability the catch performance and obtained the its effective. We suggestion that the future researches and coaches can through BCH angular to evaluation the snatch technique during the snatch lifts. |
