The Development of Taiwan’s Primary and Secondary Education from the Promulgation of Three-Type Acts of Experimental Education
To protect our people learn and the right to education, the Fundamental Law of Education had been released in 1999. Further, for the implementation of the Fundamental Law of Education can encourage government and civil handle education experiment, the government in November 2014, respectively, issued the implementing regulations for non-school education in the level of upper secondary education or less, school experimental education implementing regulations, and private management of public school for public elementary schools and junior high schools. With the promulgation of three regulations, it will have impacts on primary and secondary education in Taiwan. This article focused on the analysis of the development of primary and secondary education in Taiwan. Firstly, the spirit of three education legislations and comments were analyzed. Secondary, the impacts of experimental education in primary and secondary education of Taiwan were explored. Finally, the proactive approach in response to the development of primary and secondary school education were proposed.
