中文摘要 | 本文首先分析在家教育者的特性、檢視目前進行在家教育評鑑的困境,進而思索在家教育評鑑的可能方向。結果發現,運用形成性評鑑精神進行在家教育者的訪視與輔導、發展家庭專屬的動態評鑑指標,以及透過動態指標的發展及推動,讓評鑑者及受評者因長期合作關係而提升專業知能與態度,進而達到賦權增能的目的。為了推展這些理念,建議包括:評鑑的設計與運用必須突破現有的評鑑思維及教育理念、動態指標的建構必須以家長的賦權增能為目的、需建立長期評鑑與輔導關係以發揮持續的改善機制、應透過指標的建構建立政府的支持性角色,以及應持續進行非學校型態教育理念的溝通。 |
英文摘要 | To present suggestions for improvement of home schooling evaluation, this study is to analyze the characteristics of home schooling, and survey the challenges of home schooling evaluation. Thus, three results are brought up in the present study. First, the key factor of summative evaluation, providing feedback to make improvement, is essential to the home schooling evaluation. Second, the alternative evaluation model can be offering assistance for parents to develop a dynamic evaluation criterion and to meet their individual needs. Finally, the participants for home schooling evaluation can be empowered by both implementing the essence of summative evaluation and by developing a personal dynamic evaluation criterion. The findings will be used to suggest that home schooling need to restructure the present concept of evaluation and education, to achieve the target of parents’ empowerment, to develop a long-term supporting relationship, to establish an upholder role for government, and to keep up communication in order to understand each other. |
