中文摘要 | 学生个性差异、学生自主发展需求已经成为我国普通高中教育面对的紧迫问题。围绕学生课程选择权的实现,北京十一学校以每一位学生的个性发展、自主发展为价值追求,以课程变革为抓手,构建了一套丰富多样的分层、分类、综合、特需课程体系,使学生的课程选择成为可能;而随着选课走班制的深入实施,带动了学校管理制度的全面重建,实现了学生课程选择权的真正落地,从而使可供学生选择的普通高中学校课程体系形成一个完整的系统。 |
英文摘要 | The differences of students’ individual personalities and the needs of independent development have become a pressing problem faced by the high school education in China. To enable students’ right of curriculum choices, with the value pursuit of paying attention to each student’s personality development and independent development, Beijing National Day school, in the context of curriculum reform, has constructed a diversified curriculum system with layered curriculum, classified curriculum, integrated curriculum, and the special needs curriculum and made it possible that students can exert their right of course choices. The in-depth implementation of the optional class system drives the comprehensive reconstruction of school management system and entitled the students’ right of course choices. Thus the high school curriculum system becomes a complete system. |
