中文摘要 | 本文主張,理念與特色學校經營的核心主要是學校願景領導與行政落實。以文獻探討有關理念及特色學校經營相關主題的研究發現為基礎,本文提出以下建議,做為學校努力將正確的教育理念或願景融入學校教與學的環境中,提升學生學習表現及學校效能之參考:一、找尋、討論、接受並改善目前教育在理念上的問題;二、闡述教育理念,並進一步探詢「理念正確否?」;三、檢視學校行政的「言行落差」;四、塑造利於理念落實的情境條件;五、理念與行政作為相互融合。 |
英文摘要 | This paper argues that the core of managing ideal and featured schools is on school visionary leadership and administrative implementation. Based on the findings of the literature review on related issues, this paper provides several suggestions for schools. These include identifying and rectifying the problems in educational ideas, asking the soundness of education ideas, reviewing the gaps of administrative ideas and actions, shaping the environment that conductive to implementing education ideas and speciality, and combining education ideas and administrative actions. |
